By subscribing to the Anton STI Test Kit Reminders messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
These SMS/RCS Terms and Conditions apply specifically to our text messaging program and work together with our SMS/RCS Privacy Policy, our general Privacy Policy, and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. By subscribing to the messaging program, you also agree to those policies. If there is any conflict between these Terms and those policies regarding the messaging program, these Terms control for the messaging program; the policies govern how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal and health-related information.

This service is provided by Anton (Anton Health, Inc.).
2. Program Description
Anton sends automated SMS/RCS messages to help you complete your free STI test kit intake, receive shipping updates, and manage any telehealth appointment you book with us. Messages include an initial confirmation, intake completion reminders, kit status notifications, appointment booking confirmations, and appointment reminders sent before a scheduled visit.
3. Message Content
You will receive text messages that may include intake reminders, shipping updates, appointment booking confirmations, appointment reminders sent before a scheduled telehealth visit (for example, approximately 24 hours, 1 hour, and 30 minutes beforehand), and other relevant information related to your STI test kit request or your care with Anton.
4. Opt-In
You can opt in to receive messages by:
- Visiting myanton.org
- Visiting www.MyAnton.care
- Scanning a QR code which directs you to the STI test kit request form
- Texting any of the following keywords to our number: KIT, HEY, ANTON, or START
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Anton. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your intake completion status and any appointments you schedule. For your test kit request, you may receive a maximum of 4 messages, sent over a period of approximately 7 days, and not more than 2 messages per week. If you book a telehealth appointment, you may also receive a booking confirmation and up to 3 reminder messages per appointment, sent approximately 24 hours, 1 hour, and 30 minutes before your visit. You can manage appointment reminders at any time in the Anton app, or reply STOP to opt out of all messages.
6. Cost Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details about your text or data plan.
7. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also email help@myanton.care with the subject line "Unsubscribe" to opt out. Upon receiving your request, we will process it within 24 hours.
8. HELP Information
For assistance, text HELP to the number you received messages from. You can also contact our support team at help@myanton.care. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our SMS/RCS Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your opt-in data or phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Our general Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we handle your personal and health-related information more broadly.
10. Consent
Your consent to receive SMS/RCS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
11. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Anton Health, Inc. is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Your use of our messaging services is at your own risk, and we provide our services on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. This disclaimer applies to the SMS/RCS messaging service and the transmission of messages. It does not limit any rights you may have with respect to the test kit or related health services, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted at https://legal.myanton.org/sms-terms with an updated revision date. Continued use of our messaging service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
